Protection Layers​

1. Address Validation​

Every transaction is checked against your Address Book:

  • Approved address → Transaction is broadcasted ✔️
  • Unknown address → Transaction blocked ✖️

2. Protocol Verification​

Smart contract interactions are validated:

  • Verified protocol → Interaction allowed ✔️
  • Unknown contract → Interaction blocked ✖️

3. Transaction History​

  • All transactions logged and visible on your transaction dashboard
  • No delays - validation happens in milliseconds

Phishing Protection​

  • Can't send to scammer addresses
  • Copy-paste errors prevented

Malicious Contracts​

  • Blocks honeypot contracts
  • Prevents unlimited approvals to unknown contracts

Best Practices​

  1. Keep your Address Book clean - Only add addresses you truly trust
  2. Review transactions - Even with Kleidi, always double-check, especially for Permit2 signatures, as these bypass all Kleidi checks
  3. Use hardware wallets - Combine Kleidi with a well known hardware wallet for maximum security
  4. Stay updated - Check for new protocol additions regularly
