Getting Started with Kleidi

Set up Kleidi in 5 minutes to start protecting your crypto transactions.

Step 1: Sign Up​

  1. Go to app.kleidi.io
  2. Click "Sign In"
  3. Create an account with your email or Google

Step 2: Get Your RPC URL​

After signing in, you'll see your unique Kleidi RPC URLs for each network:

  • Ethereum: https://monorepo-production-feac.up.railway.app/rpc/1
  • Base: https://monorepo-production-feac.up.railway.app/rpc/8453
  • Optimism: https://monorepo-production-feac.up.railway.app/rpc/10

Step 3: Configure Your Wallet​

Choose your wallet below for specific instructions:

MetaMask​

  1. Open MetaMask and click the network dropdown at the top
  2. Click "Add network" → "Add a network manually"
  3. Enter these details for each network:

Ethereum with Kleidi:

  • Network Name: Ethereum (Kleidi Protected)
  • RPC URL: https://monorepo-production-feac.up.railway.app/rpc/1
  • Chain ID: 1
  • Currency Symbol: ETH
  • Block Explorer: https://etherscan.io

Base with Kleidi:

  • Network Name: Base (Kleidi Protected)
  • RPC URL: https://monorepo-production-feac.up.railway.app/rpc/8453
  • Chain ID: 8453
  • Currency Symbol: ETH
  • Block Explorer: https://basescan.org

Optimism with Kleidi:

  • Network Name: Optimism (Kleidi Protected)
  • RPC URL: https://monorepo-production-feac.up.railway.app/rpc/10
  • Chain ID: 10
  • Currency Symbol: ETH
  • Block Explorer: https://optimistic.etherscan.io

Other Wallets​

Instructions coming soon for:

  • Rainbow Wallet
  • Coinbase Wallet
  • Trust Wallet

Step 4: Add Your First Address​

Before you can send any transactions:

  1. Go to your Kleidi dashboard
  2. Click "Address Book"
  3. Add addresses you trust (like your other wallets or exchange addresses)
  4. Give each address a nickname so you remember what it's for

You're Protected!​

Now every transaction will be checked by Kleidi. If you try to send to an unapproved address or interact with an unknown protocol, Kleidi will block it and tell you why.
